How do I consign my dress with you?Please email us at idorentalsto@gmail.com and we will send you a copy of our consignment contract to fill out! Please note that we ONLY accept dresses 2018 or newer.

Do I need an appointment?YES! Even if you're just dropping off a dress, we require appointments for all of our services. To book please visit our "book online" tab or send us a message.

Are your dresses new?About 75% of our dresses are brand new, while the rest are pre-loved! We require vendors consigning with us to bring us cleaned garments, however due to the nature of multiple try-ons you may want to clean again after purchasing! Up to you.

I can't find your storefront?We are currently operating in a home based boutique, and are appointment only.

Can you order more dresses in? (Matching bridesmaids, etc.)This is dress dependent! For brands such as Azazie, you can order more of the exact colour online! For brands like Morilee, you'd have to order the rest of your dresses through a bridal shop at this time. Come in and see what we've got, we do carry multiple sizes and designs of the same colours.

What is your no-show or late policy?No-shows or failure to reschedule 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Please don't waste our time, we run a tight schedule to try to fit everyone in, you would be wasting an appointment slot. We have a 15 minute grace period once the appointment starts, we understand that sometimes there's a train or you forgot your coffee! Please try to be on time.

Do you carry plus sizes?YES! We believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and carry a large variety of sizes.
